Comments from February’s Client Survey

Blessings! For Seniors uses Home Care Pulse, a national survey company, to complete a telephone interview with our clients each month. Below are a sampling of their responses. The bold text is what the client is asked to comment on.

Compassion of caregivers – They show their compassion in the way they talk to her. They are loving. They make sure her needs are met.

 Confidence level in agency management – Whenever there has been any kind of an issue Angela and Steve have listened and taken care of them right away. I’m confident any problem would be taken care of.

  Timeliness of caregivers – They have always been on time. We have never had problems with that.

 Appropriate and clean appearance – They have always looked very neat, clean, and appropriately dressed for the job.

 Recommend agency to others – I would have no problems recommending them. I feel that whoever needed the care would get what they needed.

 What do you appreciate most about the services you receive? I appreciate that they are easy to work with. If we need something we can usually get a hold of someone and have our issues taken care of. They have been there when we’ve needed them.

 What recommended improvements would you suggest? I wouldn’t recommend any improvements at this time.

 Caregiver’s work ethic – It is excellent. I have never had to worry about getting coverage.

 Compassion of caregivers – It is unbelievable. They are patient, understanding, and able to take on the mood swings of my mother. She has Alzheimer’s and she is incredibly hard to take care of. They know how to handle her perfectly.

 Confidence level in agency management – If there is a problem it is solved. I sleep so soundly. Everything gets done that we need.

Effective communication from agency – They are fabulous. I have then on speed dial. I know they will answer.

 Agency’s response to problems – Their response to problems is excellent. If I don’t like how a caregiver is treating my mother, I don’t hesitate in letting them know. They solve everything efficiently, swiftly, and with class.

 Overall quality of service – It is the most phenomenal service ever. I go to bed and sleep soundly. They were willing to work out things we needed when other companies weren’t willing to. I am spoiled.

 Why did you select this agency over others? I selected it because I had a good recommendation from a co-worker.

 Caregiver’s work ethic – They do everything I tell them to do.

 What do you appreciate most about the services you receive? They come when they say they are going to and they don’t fuss.

 Receiving the service as promised – Whatever we’ve asked that’s what we’ve received. They have given us what we have needed.

Overall quality of service –I feel really good. We live in Washington a lot of the year and I feel good about them taking care of her. I feel the caregiver is very trustworthy. We haven’t had any problems at all.
